Dennis W. O’Neill

Mr. O’Neill is a Partner at HighBank Capital Partners LLC. Mr. O’Neill
possesses over 12 years of transactional experience serving a broad range of
clients. Mr. O’Neill began his career as a transactional attorney working at
the international law firm of WilmerHale for 8 years. At WilmerHale, Mr.
O’Neill advised both investors and issuers in early and late stage venture
capital and private equity transactions across a wide spectrum of industries,
including financial services, technology, manufacturing, biotech and life
sciences, aviation, and education.
Prior to joining HighBank, Mr. O’Neill was a Senior Vice President at KPMG
Corporate Finance LLC, a leading middle market investment bank. At KPMG
Corporate Finance, Mr. O’Neill was responsible for all firm contractual
manners. As the functional Head of Risk Management, Mr. O’Neill was
responsible for the firm’s policy and procedures and internal controls,
including overseeing the communication and relationships with the firm’s
external examiners (FINRA and SEC).
Mr. O’Neill earned a B.A. in Political Sciences from Villanova University, and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America.
