Mr. Halbert is a Partner at HighBank Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Halbert possesses over 25 years of transactional experience serving a broad range of industries, including significant Private Equity experience. Mr. Halbert's expertise covers the full range of transactional services including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and restructurings. Mr. Halbert also has substantial cross border transactional experience throughout Europe and North America.

Currently, Mr. Halbert serves as Chairman and business advisor to companies involved in marketing services, international real estate, and social home building. He also is a Director at ESH, a welfare to work business, a provider of solutions for long term unemployed people in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Prior to joining HighBank, Mr. Halbert was a Main Board Director of KPMG UK and the firm’s Head of M&A. Mr. Halbert was also the Chair of KPMG US Corporate Finance LLC from 2002 to 2008.

Prior to KPMG UK, Mr. Halbert was the Chief Executive Officer of a United Kingdom-based publically traded international construction services business, with subsidiaries throughout Europe and Asia.

Mr. Halbert earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Mr. Halbert is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
